The B.GC.P Fire Department is leading the way in communication solutions.
We are now using technology to cut communication costs and greatly improve services across all three municipalities. We can now access dispatch information, responder locations, incident communications, water supply locations, pre-plans and personnel data on a smartphone, tablet, or computer using a new software application from Echo Response Technologies,
Echo Responder uses intuitive touch-screen navigation and formats contacts so they can be dialed with a single touch. All our Fire Fighters can also view addresses on an interactive map and receive turn-by-turn directions to an incident.
